The service exercise consists of 2 phases

1st PHASE

• To conduct a site audit on elected area(s)
  • Management and administrative process
  • Daily operational performance

2nd PHASE

• To present an audit report with fact findings and or deviations
• Suggestions (if necessary)
  • Alteration to Organogram and job profiles, if required.
  • Services reform, if required.
  • In house standard practice instructions with procedures for Purchasing, Warehouse, Physical Inventory count and Costing, if required.
• Audit report explanation, discussion and approval
